We would like to make our customers aware that we are discontinuing support for Android 2.0 and 3.0.
Android 2.0 and 3.0 were released in 2009/2011, with Android 6.0 being the latest Android version.
In order to continue offering our customers the very best user experience and to make use of the latest functionality in Android, we have taken the decision to discontinue support for 2.0 and 3.0 and focus our design efforts on Android 4.0+
What does this mean ?
For Heatmiser Neo customers, version 1.9.3 is the last supported version for Android 2.0 and 3.0.
For Heatmiser SmartStat, version 1.9.2 is the last supported version for Android 2.0 and 3.0
Will I be able to download the 2.0/3.0 compatible app in the future ?
The latest build for 2.0/3.0 will be available in the Google PlayStore, so those with a device running an older O/S will be able to download this app.
Can I benefit from the latest functions ?
No. You will need to upgrade to Android 4 + in order to benefit from the latest app features.
